Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• You must provide accurate registration details.

Educational purpose only

Stellarmed provides educational content and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Subscriptions and billing

• Plans are billed monthly, annually, or as a fixed-term pass.
• You can cancel subscriptions any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• We may change prices for future renewals with reasonable notice.
• No lifetime access is offered.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it before purchasing.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt availability.
• Do not upload patient identifiers or sensitive clinical data.
• Do not share your login or resell access.

Content and intellectual property

All content, branding, and software are owned by Stellarmed or licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the Services for learning.

User content

You retain ownership of personal notes you create. You grant Stellarmed a limited license to store and display your content as part of the Services.

Service availability

We work to keep Stellarmed available, but downtime may occur for maintenance or unforeseen events. We may update or discontinue features.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellarmed is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and disputes will be resolved in the Irish courts.
