Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Stellarmed subscriptions and fixed-term passes.

EU and Ireland consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content or services, this right can be lost once you request immediate access and acknowledge that the service has begun.

Subscriptions

• You can cancel any time from your account billing page.
• Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
• We do not provide partial refunds for unused time, unless required by law.

Fixed-term exam pass

• The exam pass provides access for a fixed number of days.
• Refunds are only available where required by law.

Immediate access acknowledgement

By purchasing, you request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may end once access begins.

How to request a refund

Email hello@stellarmed.ie with your account email, purchase date, and reason for the request. We respond within 5 business days.
