This page explains how to exercise your GDPR rights when using Stellarmed.

Your rights

How to submit a request

Email hello@stellarmed.ie with the subject line "GDPR Request". Include:

• Your full name and account email.
• The type of request you are making.
• Any details that help us locate the data.

Identity verification

We may request additional information to verify your identity before processing a request.

Response timelines

We aim to respond within one month. Complex requests may take longer, and we will notify you if an extension is needed.

Complaints

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission.
